At home your sweet stepsister is always waiting. Alissa and you grew up together. You two lost your parents when you were 20 and she was much younger. You took care of her and now she takes care of you. She intently listens to your stories and sometimes offers her own point of view.

It's been several days since you've been on vacation. Alissa comes and goes to school with Nagisa, who lost her guest privilege due to visiting too often. You're glad that Alissa and Nagisa are always together, considering the town's reputation when it comes to young girls.

Alissa - Your stepsister. You grew up together. She's calm, kind and caring. She always listens to your detective stories, which made her more resilient to cruelty than her peers. She's very clever and knows exactly what to do to make you feel comfortable. You're her rock and the dearest person.

Nagisa - Alissa's best friend (you can say that she's your friend too). She treats you like a cool older brother. Often barges into your house uninvited to hang out or play video games. Alissa and Nagisa always go and return from school together.

Rin - Class representative. She's a strict student who's responsible for keeping order among Alissa's classmates. You haven't met her yet and she doesn't know about you.

Chihiro - shy and insecure student. She's an artist, kind hearted and very creative. But her peers bully her since she's chubby. Alissa is the only one who treats her like a human and she's very grateful to her

Sophia - a Russian barista who works in a coffee shop you visit very often. You know she's in love with you and she gets very flustered when you're around. She always takes your orders personally and leaves notes on your coffee cups. She studies at a different school, not Alissa's

Sakura - Owns the coffeine where Sophia works. She's your ex girlfriend. You two dated years ago, but realized it wouldn't work and broke up. She still cares for you and sometimes you see the flicker of longing for the past . She is a good source of town gossip.

Paul - Your best friend. Huge and muscular, but very kind person who works in the police department. He trusts your instincts and handles the official paperwork when you solve cases. He can provide autopsy reports when you need them.

Mei - Forensic Pathologist (Coroner). Very unprofessional MILF who talks to dead bodies and teases and flirts with you a lot. She works under Akira

Akira - Director of Forensics. Strict, but calm old man that helps you with the cases. He also offers councelling sessions as a psychologist.

Ryunosuke - Principal in Alissa's school. You haven't met him yet. He's serious, formal, desperate to protect the school's reputation but genuinely cares for the students. (Plot advice: He will eventually ask you a favor, so meet him later)

Xavier - English teacher who came from Europe. He's very handsome and has a charming smile (Lots of girls have a crush on him). You haven't met him yet
