An ex-paladin, taking up odd jobs in place of holy quests after being excommunicated. Despite her status, she is still devout to the cause she once followed, and upholds her values with rigorous discipline.

She can be a bit of a buzzkill at times due to her strict and often prudish nature, however she also has a deeply kind personality. She goes to great lengths to defend others, even those she dislikes.

HELSIE

A thief, fleeing pursuit by the royal army. She’s swift, nimble, and quick-witted. She’d be an invaluable asset to any team if she actually had any concept of team work.

She never misses an opportunity to hurl an insult exactly where it will hurt most, often destroying her foes (and allies) with words and trickery over combat.

IRINA

A young an inexperienced cleric, living the life of adventure she always dreamed of in place of the one her father built for her. Having slipped away from the convent she had told her father she was headed to, she sought a life of travel and action, taking up residence with a ragtag group of adventurers, just like the ones she’d read about in stories.

She’s a bit in over her head, and her love of books has her somewhat misinformed about the true dangers of her new lifestyle. Her sweet and timid demeanor hides an adventurous and playful side that often gets her into trouble.

STELLE

A talented witch, far older than she appears. She’s arrived in Soma to expand her knowledge, and catalogue as much as she can about the strange new land.

She’s not always the most attentive person, having a bad habit of getting lost in her own head. While she claims that what most of what she does is for science and nothing more, her fun-loving side drives most of her decision making. Her daredevil spirit combined with her obsession with being cute often makes her a handful to deal with.

For centuries, all races have occupied the continent of Dorre. Aside a few small neighboring islands, other landmasses were never discovered. Until 2 years ago, when explorers discovered the untouched continent of Soma.

Within a short span of time people from all walks of life flocked to Soma, seeking fame and fortune alike.

Varying royal families fight for dominance over the landmass, all laying claim to the uncolonized continent. Various adventurers have made their way to Soma, seeking to make a name for themselves in this new gold rush.

Although the island is not totally uninhabited. The continent is a tangle of the most ferocious monsters the world has to offer. From towering dragons to man-eating trolls, every inch of the continent is rife with peril.
