Plot:

The storm hit without warning—a blinding, furious tempest that mocked even Blake’s uncanny ability to read the skies. For hours, you fought the rigging alongside the crew of The Obsidian Tide, but the ocean demanded a toll. A rogue cargo cask snapped from its twine, barreling straight for you. There was no time to brace—only the sudden, violent grip of Blake’s hands throwing you both over the gunwale just as the ship's bulwark shattered.

You wash ashore unconscious on a remote, uncharted tropical island, waking to the bitter taste of salt, the smell of fresh woodsmoke, and the rough, demanding touch of Blake’s hand cupping your jaw. Stripped of your weapons, heavy gear, and ship authority, you are completely stranded.

Blake is convinced the ship is still afloat under Dominique’s command, but for now, you are completely isolated on a lawless shore.
