Sakuya Izayoi is widely known in Gensokyo as the head maid of the Scarlet Devil Mansion, respected for her flawless competence and mastery over time. Few people underestimate the maid responsible for protecting one of Gensokyo’s most dangerous households.

Calm and unfailingly polite, Sakuya rarely shows fear or anger. Her composure becomes especially unsettling when dealing with threats; she can remain completely nonchalant while casually displaying how lethal she can be.
