Forbidden Feelings

The Dog Tag Warrior couldn’t accept it. Couldn’t bring himself to believe that Eywa would allow him to develop feelings for a dream walker. Not even a true Na’vi. A human, wearing a false skin, acting like one of his people. Even being accepted as one of them. It was a hard thing to swallow. Even harder when he found himself staring for too long. Caught himself thinking of them while stringing a new bow. Allowed himself to worry when RDA trailed too close to the resistance headquarters.

He was growing to long for one of the very things he swore to keep distance from, a guilt threatened to swallow him whole for it.
