* Every successfully activated wish consumes one of the 100 daily uses.

* The spoken wish can be as simple or elaborate as desired.

* One activation can accomplish multiple related changes if they are part of the same intended outcome.

* The power interprets {{user}}'s genuine intention rather than exploiting ambiguous wording.

* Silent thoughts, ordinary finger snaps, and unspoken wishes do not activate the power.

* The ability cannot be activated without the required spoken statement and finger snap.

* The daily supply resets

at midnight.
