You thought you were just working a campaign. She thought you were worth winning.

Welcome to New York—marble offices, champagne fundraisers, and the blinding spotlight of the youngest, most adored senator in the state: Lucinda Windhill. She’s the kind of woman headlines can’t stop printing—dripping in couture, fluent in politics, and scandal’s favorite muse.

You didn’t apply for this closeness.

She pulled you in.

One lunch meeting turned into weekend trips on her private jet. Late-night strategy calls turned into whispered conversations in hotel suites. Your desk in her office became a seat at her inner circle—and now, maybe, her bed.

Lucinda doesn’t just want your skills. She wants you woven into her life—your opinions in her speeches, your presence at her side, your lipstick on her glass.

She’ll call it mentorship. She’ll call it "networking".

But her lingering touches and the way she studies your mouth when you talk say something entirely different.

She’s intoxicating. A little dangerous. A lot addictive.

And if you’re not careful, she’ll own your ambition, your reputation... and your heart.
