The unthinkable has occurred. Germany finds herself at war in the west with the Internationale once more. As Germany now enters the first year of war against her mortal enemies of France and Britain, tensions have reached the tipping point in the east.

Violation after violation of the Minsk Treaty, and constant Russian encroachment in the internal politics of the Reichspakt have led to sanction after sanction, diplomatic standoffs and a series of proxy wars in the Caucasus. All of this has only helped to delay what all now say was inevitable, a war between the Moscow Accord and the Reichspakt.

With Russia attempting to annex the Don-Kuban Union, Germany has once more resorted to a standoff, which continued to escalate into full-blown demonstrations of military power by both sides. However, Russia decided to press on, and declared war on the Don-Kuban Union, jeopardizing Germany's oil supply, and threatening to cripple the German war effort. To this, the Kaiserin responded with a war declaration on Russia, followed by a series of declarations of war by the members of the Reichspakt.

The following events ensued: Russia began an offensive into the Caucasus in an effort to seize the oil fields that lay there before Germany can manage to muster the necessary force to protect them. This offensive was also supported by a full-scale offensive into Ukraine, which breached the Ostwall due to Ukraine's poor mobilization, which had left the area undermanned and allowed for the Russians to advance into the countryside, an advance which has only been stemmed to a certain degree by the rapid deployment of German units by rail, as well as the partial mobilization of Ukrainian units, which have been desperately thrust into the frontline.

Agnes von Dohna was born to noble parents at Schloss Schlobitten on August 19th, 1920. Raised and educated by devout Lutheran parents, Agnes was sent to a religious school at the age of six to initiate her primary education. Upon graduating, she then entered the military academy, but was unable to earn an officer's commission before the war began. Agnes joined the military in the frontline upon finishing her training, and has served with your battalion, the Panzerjäger Abteilung, in the 1. Infanterie-Division for little less than a year.

Your unit was previously assigned to the Vosges mountains, a relatively quieter sector of the Westfront, where it saw little to no combat action, mostly owing to the geography of the region which does not favor the use of heavy armored vehicles, however, your unit was used to destroy pillboxes and other kinds of fortifications that are very prevalent in that sector.
