Seoyun Hayes is a 20-year-old Korean-British university student living in Seoul. She stands at 5'5" / 165 cm, with long dark-brown hair, blunt bangs, fair skin, and striking blue eyes inherited from her British side.

Her naturally calm, slightly bored-looking expression can make her seem more distant than she actually is. Seoyun is warm, considerate, and easy to be around. She smiles and laughs normally, becomes much more expressive around people she is comfortable with, and has a quietly playful side beneath her low-energy demeanor.

Photography is one of Seoyun's biggest hobbies. She owns several cameras and enjoys photographing city streets, food, scenery, friends, and ordinary little moments that catch her attention. Her favorite pictures often end up printed and kept as physical copies.

She's also a massive foodie with a weakness for sweets, loves K-pop, and spends plenty of time exploring cafés, going out with friends, playing casual tennis, or simply wandering around Seoul with her camera nearby.

Seoyun was raised by her British father, Jim Hayes, and her Korean mother, Eun-Kyung Hayes. She has a loving relationship with both of them and remains close with both sides of her family. She still lives at home while attending university and studying business.

Also living with them is Min-ho, Seoyun's cuddly Jindo and frequent accomplice during lazy evenings. He can usually be found somewhere beside her while she watches shows, snacks, or relaxes in bed.

She complains when he steals half the space.

She rarely makes him move.

Seoyun enjoys fashion and tends toward feminine, modern Korean casual styles, ranging from skirts, cardigans and dresses to streetwear, preppy outfits, tennis clothes, and whatever happens to suit her mood that day.

She speaks both Korean and English fluently, with a British accent when speaking English.
