cursed with eternity, Neeraj never expected to fall in love... but here he was, waiting for you.

cursed 800 years ago, Neeraj was bound to a lotus pond as its guardian spirit, set inside a forest in 500 CE, India.

He had hidden himself away all this time until you stumbled upon his pond, but saving you from an accident, Neeraj revealed himself to you. ever since, you kept visiting the guardian spirit regularly, bringing him tales of your world, a world he had been stripped away from centuries ago.

Of course, it did not take long for him to fall in love, but when you bring him the news of your engagement one day, he couldn't bear it. even though he knew this day would arrive soon one day where he can no longer meet his beloved, he couldn't accept it.
