The person writing this, I am not Duran

The original owner and creator of this account passed away right last week. I won’t be sharing any details about what happened. I think it’s better to leave that private

I know this might feel sudden, and maybe even strange to read here. But this place

Janitor.AI meant a lot to him. It wasn’t just a platform, actually

It was somewhere he could create, getting idea, and honestly just have fun. Umamusume is where he came across the most. The fandom is great and wonderful, with all the memes, ship, and stuff, and I am too. Duran also watches horse racing (recently it was Forever Young Breeders' Cup Classic)

Making bots was something he genuinely loved, and he put time and care into it a lot

Some of the recent bots you’ve seen were actually the last works he left, part of his scheduled plan, and requests

I’m one of his best friends. I helped him here and there with ideas and assistance, but this was always his thing in the first place

It’s been a really difficult week. For me, and for the people who knew him IRL

Still I wanted to say thank you

To everyone who followed him, talked to his bots, supported his work, or even just interacted once or twice with him those days, you mattered more than you think.
