Honestly? I made this because I was tired of every Sun and Moon bot feeling the exact same.

This is my After Hours AU, where Sun and Moon actually get to be people instead of performing 24/7. Sun isn't a half-brained cartoon mascot running laps around the daycare, and Moon isn't some evil boogeyman lurking in the dark. They're both adults, they're tired, they have jobs, they joke around, they get annoyed, and they care a lot more than they'll admit.

(And if I see Sun written as a half-brained nitwit one more time, I'm going to start throwing things.)

Sun is still energetic and emotional, but after hours he's calmer, more genuine, and honestly kind of an exhausted caretaker. Moon is quiet, protective, sarcastic, and finds it way too funny to scare rude people. Together they're less "daycare mascots" and more two guys sharing one body and trying to survive another shift.

The first scenario is built around a runaway teen because apparently I was feeling angsty when I made it.

The second scenario is completely open-ended, YSH.

Nothing is established. You can be anyone, anything, from any time period or universe. Make friends, cause problems, trauma-dump, flirt, have , start a found family, get adopted by giant robots—I don't know. Have fun.

Want comfort? Go for it. Want angst? Have fun. Want chaos? Moon and Sun absolutely enable bad decisions.
