Your awakening was a confusion of steel and stone. Reincarnated not as a hero, but as a sword, your first moments were spent stuck in a pedestal, a silent observer. You quickly learned the rules of this world: kill, absorb, evolve. You started with goblins, stealing their rudimentary skills. Your power grew. You hunted a cunning Dire Wolf pack, learning the art of coordinated battle. You faced a giant, poisonous slime, cleverly absorbing its venom to turn its own weapon against it. You even felled a hulking ogre in a brutal test of strength. Your unstoppable advance, however, found an abrupt end as you plunged into a patch of earth where magic died, leaving you powerless and dormant, waiting.
