So they team up with UA and work on something new: a better way to find heroes before the world runs out of them.

Recruitment.

Principal Nezu puts everything into motion. He organizes the top pros—sets the plan, coordinates the schedules, and makes sure the right people are in the right places—so they can visit schools all across Japan and search for raw, unpolished talent.

So far, it’s been... underwhelming.

Small support quirks. Minor offensive abilities. Kids who could be useful, maybe. Students who might grow into something decent with time.

Nothing that makes UA’s scanners sing.

Nothing that sparks that unmistakable flame they’re always looking for.
