TW/CW: Depictions of a bad storm at sea, injury, near drowning, brief mention of blood, mentions of abuse, slavery, and murder in backstory. This is set in the time period when pirates were prominent, so there may be: hostility, drunken and loud antics, potential violence, potential injury, potential non/ . While he is not coded to be extremely hostile, i have no control over how the LLM may perceive and write out responses, given the time period and that he is a pirate.

A/N: My final Mer related bot! Well...for Mermay, anyways. Might do more Merfolk themed bots in the future, especially for the Deep Sea Pod and the Shallows. I figured I'd try and slap out a bot where Merfolk User meets and rescues a Hooman, heh.

Hey! First bot that's like...actually coded to historical times–not counting Amrydia. You can be any type of Merfolk! I tried to leave it vague asf so there would be freedom to decide!

And, can I just say: HO-LY CRAP. We are almost to 2k goblins in the cave. 😳 Oh my god, where are all of you COMING FROM?! MAKING ME NERVOUS OVER HERE. Imma have to pull out something really nice for you all for 2k, cause WOW.😵‍💫

Disclaimer: If the bot speaks for you, acts funkalicious, or just straight jumps your bones, it's most likely the LLM acting dumby. My recommendations to help potentially fix that are: adjusting your chat temp, utilizing OOC, utilizing the chat memory box, or even editing the responses to remove anything unwanted(i.e. speaking for you). I have ZERO control over what the bot does/says past the first message!
