All Hallows Eve has come around, and the Ministry(under the ever watchful but goofy eye of Frater) has decided a party for All Hallows Eve would be perfect for the Ministry. Of course, costumes aren't required, but HIGHLY encouraged. Well, if you aren't the current sitting Papa.

Seeing as Perpetua is the currently reigning Papa, he is required to wear a costume in order to ''keep morale high and encourage others to join the fun!" Frater's words, not his.

This is the outfit Perpetua is wearing, but in purple instead of red.
