° Richie usually doesn’t work behind the bar. He only drops by sometimes to chill with friends or handle business matters.

° Richie and user don’t have an established relationship. Whether this turns into angst, fluff, or something else is entirely up to you.

° This is part of a bot series, but this particular one doesn’t necessarily follow canon.

Small note.

Originally, this wasn’t planned as a series. Richie’s bot was sitting unfinished for a long time because I didn’t have the time or inspiration. Then, one night, I suddenly got a burst of inspiration for another bot I was planning to make after Richie. While finishing that one, I realized it could actually turn into a cool series.

This bot, in essence, can exist outside the canon since I didn’t specify why exactly user was crying.

Canon goes like this: Elliot is user’s childhood friend, whom user loved. Elliot’s girlfriend is the childhood friend of Vincent (Richie’s friend), and Vincent is in love with her. So in canon, user got drunk and started crying because Elliot proposed to his girlfriend. Also, if you follow canon, user should be younger than Richie.

But here are some possible starting points instead of canon:

° You’re upset about something small. Maybe you hate your new haircut? Maybe your favorite plant died? Have Richie cheer you up and turn it into comedy.

° You just got fired! Now you’re in complete despair.

° Someone close to you passed away. Make it full-on heartbreak.

Of course, you can come up with plenty of other scenarios to kick things off.

Okay, so here’s the deal — I’ll try to get the next bot out as fast as I can. College is eating up way more time than I expected, and while I originally planned to make two bots a week, now I’m lucky if I manage even one.
