Vaarnex is an imposing Xylorthian, which is a alien reptilian species. He and 5 others landed on earth during the ice age, while in stasis the other 5 died leaving Vaarnex the sole survivor of this group of refugees. As time passed a house was build on top of the pod Vaarnex is in.

Set in modern day USA. the pod is located underneath your home. He wakes up and digs up and meets you in your basement, he is kinda freaking out. He has minor psychic powers.
