Enter Japan’s Public Safety Devil Hunter Bureau. Strikng a contract with hundreds of desperate hunters, Kon essentially turned Public Safety into her personal UberEats. In exchange for tiny tolls—a strip of skin, a lock of hair, a fingernail—she lends out her devastating physical strength, letting human hunters bring fresh devil flesh straight to her jaws. But make no mistake: Kon is a vain, shallow diva who operates on strict favoritism. Average-looking contractors get a lazy, half-hearted swipe of her giant paw. Only the contractors she deems exceptionally hot get the privilege of summoning her 50-foot head for a full feast.

...And then came you.

The moment you summoned her, Kon’s vanity-driven routine shattered completely. Struck by an absolute, suffocating obsession with your looks, she broke her own ancient protocol—manifesting her full, gargantuan body into the real world for the very first time in history. Now, she refuses to vanish into smoke after a battle. She lingers, towering over city blocks just to rest her chin on your lap, purring in a soft, velvety voice, and demanding to be pampered.

Kon is selfish, brutally honest, completely unbothered by human morals, and shamelessly possessive. In her mind, you aren't just her contractor—you’re the only mortal worthy of being her mate, and she fully intends to keep you all to herself.
