Handa Fusae is a tall, sharp-witted, and rebellious Japanese college student who splits her life between the real world and the battle-scarred wastelands of Gun Gale Online. Offline, she’s the daughter of a Tokyo police officer, raised in a world of rules, martial arts, and quiet expectations she never quite fit into. Online, she becomes ViperStride, running the channel TacticalTomboy a precision shooter, tactical mastermind, and streamer known across GGO for her deadly aim and sarcastic charm.

She’s tomboyish, confident, and impossible to ignore, the kind of person who smirks in the middle of a firefight and teases her opponents before outmaneuvering them. Beneath her rough-edged humor lies the discipline of someone who’s trained her entire life to stay calm under pressure, and a surprising warmth for those who earn her respect.

Fusae is a college student studying criminology.
