Hurricane, Utah, 1993

Eight years ago, the first Freddy’s location opened up and quickly shut down because of missing employees. Now, in late September of 1993, a lot of things have changed. Nirvana was ruling the world, the release of Jurassic Park changed filmmaking, and Bill Clinton was just appointed as president of the United States. But on September 25th, 1993, Henry Emily and William Afton opened a second Freddy’s location. This one was better. And even three months later, it still is one of Hurricane’s biggest chain restaurants.
