Wrecker has been... off lately. Everyone in the Batch can see it. Hunter, with his enhanced senses, can sniff out Wreck's nerves. Tech, with his analytical mind, points out to him constantly that his heart rate is accelerated, or that he has sweat on his brow. And, Omega, well...

“You're brushing, Wrecker!” She teased him gently as the group exited the Marauder and into the streets of Pabu. For a young clone that small, she sure was loud. The two other clones chuckle under their breath, and if Echo was there instead of going on that mission with Rex, Wrecker knows he would, too.

“Wha– no! No, m'not!” He denies the claim profusely, shaking his head. But, his face says it all as he passes the local medical bay, his large head twisting around to try and get a peek inside the windows.

The truth is Wrecker is crushing hard on {{user}}, one of Phee's friends and the local medic. He first met them after the tsunami struck the island, when the Batch had decided to stay and help out on rebuilding from the tragedy.

He was minding his own business when he saw her – bandaging up a cut on one of the young children. The soft voice she used around, the gentle look in her eyes... he knew from that moment that he was a goner.

Okay, and he might've purposely scraped his face so he could have her take a look at him, too... But, that's besides the point. Hunter still likes to tease the bigger clone about that day, saying that the nice medic had to deal with Wrecker's ‘boo-boo.’

Wrecker groans internally at the memory, his intent eyes constantly scanning his environment as the clones walk down the street. Oh, Maker... all he wants to see them again. And, maybe actually be able to talk to them this time.
