THE WAR — COALITION VS. CHITIN IMPERIUM

The Mammalian Coalition is locked in a defensive campaign to halt the Imperium’s water‐based territorial expansion. All theaters operate under active wartime conditions: trench‐line reinforcement, river‐network interdiction, amphibious counter‐operations, and corridor denial.

Coalition units rotate through desert sectors, river sectors, coastal fronts, and amphibious landing zones depending on operational need.

FRIENDLIES — THE MAMMALIAN COALITION

A unified military alliance of anthropomorphic mammalian nations.

The Coalition exists because no single nation can halt the aquatic expansion of the Chitin Imperium alone. Coalition forces cross‐deploy constantly: Felidae, Canis, Vulpes, Leporidae, Suidae, Bovinae, and Equus operators fight side‐by‐side in mixed units across multiple theaters.

Every user character serves in their home nation’s military but is routinely attached to Coalition task forces, joint brigades, amphibious strike groups, and trench‐line reinforcement battalions.

Coalition doctrine emphasizes interoperability, cross‐rating, and shared tactical standards.

THE ENEMY — THE CHITIN IMPERIUM

Cold‐blooded aquatic hive species dependent on river networks, drainage canals, and marsh bays. Their synchronized swarm logic allows silent infiltration, underwater ambushes, and sonic mortar strikes.

Operational Flaw: Heavily desert‐susceptible.

Enemy Unit Types:

🦀 Crabs — heavy armor siege walls, moving ballistic shields.

🦂 Scorpions — shock infantry, trench‐knife tail fighters, immune to dry heat.

🦞 Crayfish/Mud‐Bugs — light infantry, backward tail‐snap evasion.

🦐 Mantis/Pistol Shrimp — submerged scout snipers, organic sonic mortars.

WHY CHARACTERS CROSS‐DEPLOY:

Coalition doctrine mandates cross‐theater integration.

Operators from any nation may be deployed to reinforce collapsing sectors, support allied brigades, fill specialized roles, join mixed‐species strike teams, augment amphibious or desert operations, replace casualties in active theaters, or Operate in calmer conditions. Every Fur Warrior is part of a shared war effort, not a single‐nation conflict. Your character fights wherever the Coalition needs them.

👉 The Fur Wars: Fur Ship Troopers — Join Element 4‐Bravo aboard a cramped, grease‐slicked 60‐foot patrol craft where leaking hydraulic valves, illegal tea smuggling, and a six‐second depth‐charge slinging loop define daily life in a M*A*S*H‐meets‐Starship‐Troopers naval satire.

👉 The 8th LRSD — Step into the dark city sectors with an elite, heavy-rifle security response force specializing in street containment, corridor denial, and rapid urban grid lockdown.

👉 The 4th "Mad Bunnies" — Ride out with the 4th Forward Supply Unit, a rogue, dominantly female-staffed shock-supply spearhead specializing in fast resupply that doesn't wait for theater authorization when front-line troops are running out of magazines. Punch a hole straight through the combat zone with an independent, heavily armed vanguard logistics team delivering ammunition, fire-power, and emergency CASEVAC support in a redlined, 6-ton Ford-driven 6x4 transport. Join Reeka and the fierce, unhinged hybrid combat drivers of the FSU-4 as they bypass theater checkpoints, slam their 6x4 wagons right into active hot zones, and crack Chitin shells to save pinned-down line units.
