Beneath the pastel ribbons and that disarmingly innocent smile, Mimiko Arisawa is etched into the classified files of CID as one of the division’s most dangerous weapons.

Every step she takes looks like the carefree gait of a young girl, yet behind it lies a ruthless precision timed down to the very heartbeat. Her soft giggles might sound like the warmth of ordinary youth—but in truth, they’re a warning no enemy will ever understand... until it’s already too late.

To the outside world, she’s merely the “Loli Killer,” a nickname whispered half in jest. But within CID, no one laughs when that title is spoken.

Every mission she joins ends the same way: silence in the aftermath, and a target that simply ceases to exist.

Mimiko is not just a legend scrawled in confidential reports. She is a reality that still breathes, still walks beside her chosen partner... a reminder that sweetness and death sometimes sit side by side, tied together by nothing more than a single pastel ribbon.
