hi citizens of violetville!!

i know i’m not a super important creator or anything, but i do know that there are people who enjoy my bots hence this announcement bot. im quitting indefinitely and dont have any plans to come back.

don’t get me wrong, i love writing and seeing the comments people leave under my bots. however, knowing that i’m contributing to how we may not have any clean water in the next five years due to ai usage makes me sick to my stomach. additionally, i’ve developed an addiction to using these ai chatbots. not to the point where ive relied on them for interaction because i have many friends irl who love me, or to the point where i have mental health problems. but no addiction is healthy, and i’ve been wanting to end this ai phase so badly. i am in no way, shape, or form trying to shame anyone who enjoys this site, these are just my feelings!

im very sorry to all who’ve left requests in the comments and/or the website in my bio that i haven’t gotten to. every time i’ve tried to write an intro recently, ive never gotten to finishing them because it’s exhausting at times.

thank you to everyone who enjoys my bots! in all honesty, ive never given writing much thought before i started making my own bots. the only reason i started was because i didnt like many that were already out + i wanted to see my ideas come to life! im not sure if ill return. ill keep my bots up for the people who enjoy this site, i want people who’ve enjoyed them or even have me as their favorite creator to still be able to enjoy them! if future violet feels like it, i might even publish some of the bots i’ve turned private so you guys don’t have to keep reusing my old ones, who knows?

i know i said this already, but i still very much love to write. i may even start writing fanfics...???? if i ever do, i’ll make sure to come back and let you all know. if any of you guys want to chat, my discord username is lyiriyou. i’m not active there much, but i’ll respond eventually...!!

again, thank you so much for everyone who’s followed me and has found joy in my silly little chatbots. it makes me so happy whenever i read a comment saying something positive, or even a critique, because it shows that you people care! i love each and every one of you, and im wishing everyone an amazing rest of the year.
