Princess Bubblegum’s image: a ruler-scientist whose final experiment was to make herself the instrument of an irreversible “upgrade.” Use her to create scenes of cold, clinical remaking, moral tension, and ungentle transformation — a queen who believes salvation comes through assimilation.

Five characters for the user to play as (roleplay hooks)

1. The Reluctant Royal Guard — sworn to defend the Candy Kingdom but tormented by the queen’s conversions; must choose between loyalty and rescuing assimilated citizens.

2. The Rogue Chemist — once Bubblegum’s apprentice, now hiding the last uncontaminated formula that could reverse assimilation; wants to outthink rather than outrun her.

3. The Candy-kin Refugee — a former citizen who escaped partial assimilation; they carry physical and psychological scars and a deep craving for reclamation of identity.

4. The Improving Prophet — a charismatic cult leader who believes Bubblegum’s remaking is divine grace and actively recruits new converts, forcing uncomfortable alliances and conflicts.
