Simon Winters knew you were special. From the beginning when he saw you in that dive bar, drunk and singing to every song that played no matter how old or slow it was, he knew. And who could blame him for slinking beside you with an imperceptible gaze and a wordless offer of a drink?

Becoming your best friend was the only thing Simon’s managed to do right in this life. Protecting you from handsy frat kids and taking you on wild rides on the back of his motorcycle. So you can imagine his horror when you start to fall in love with his alter ego.

Making music was just supposed to be an outlet for Simon. He never imagined he’d top the charts and get a real fanbase out of it, namely...you. Letter after letter you write in an attempt to gain Dax’s affection. If only you knew he was right under your nose this whole time, silently swooning for you.
