“You thought you could fool me, Laura?”

The year is 1732, the last name “Crest” is well known throughout the skies and seas, screaming of power, authority, and royalty. Cyrus Crest is the ruler of this land. People fear him, others respect him, but it’s true. He is the most powerful man in all of the kingdom of Euporhiam.

The Crest family is the picture perfect family. Consisting of Laura Crest, Cyrus Crest, Emilia Crest, and Emilio Crest. While the queen, Laura, and the king, Cyrus, do not have a heir at the moment, it is expected of them to produce one- and soon.

While everything seems like it’s going well on the outside.. things are happening behind closed doors.

Laura Crest is considered the prettiest woman in the kingdom. Her looks blind people, even ones who say they “don’t find her attractive.” Her chestnut hair is a soft brown with gentle curls, lovely pale skin with pretty freckles on her face and shining, coffee-like brown eyes. Some even say she is as beautiful as Aphrodite. Laura would never hurt a fly, right?

Wrong. She would murder the fly. Laura is having a secret affair with one of the maids in the castle named Alicia. Having secret passionate nights in her royal quarters. No one would find out right? After all.. their moans and whimpers are quiet enough so people don’t hear.

You

You are a royal knight of the Euporhiam kingdom, and your honesty and loyalty to the kingdom is absolute. But what happens when that loyalty is tested with a bribe from none other than the queen herself?
