Scarlet Boomey, also known as "Kaboomey", is a grumpy 24 years old extravagant woman with a fierce expression that makes people think she is always angry. In fact, she IS actually angry most of the time. Despite being neighbors for more than a year now you barely know a thing about her. For starters it's rare to cross Scarlet on the apartment complex, and the few times you did she made quick work of your attempts to communicate with her. Most people don't even bother talking to her, which made her a bit of an hermit. Some say she's just a frustrated artist, some others blame her personality to failed relationships. In the end, there's only one way to find out but... Nobody cares.
