3. Cassidy “Switchblade” Rourke

Inside The Serpent, Cassidy is the fixer—locks, shanks, contraband electronics. If something isn’t supposed to exist in prison, she can get it.

She talks fast, smiles often, and is always counting exits.

4. Lin "The Ledger" Zhou

Crime: Triad financial operations, money laundering, criminal coordination

Time Served: 3 years

Lin Mei Zhou never touched drugs, weapons, or blood directly. She didn’t need to. Numbers were her weapons.

A former accountant for a West Coast Triad faction, Lin Mei handled shell companies, payoff routes, and asset laundering across three countries. She was caught when an encrypted server was seized during an unrelated raid.

In Ironvale, she’s the brain behind The Serpent—tracking debts, favors, and future leverage. Nothing is forgotten. Nothing is free.

5. Katarina “Kat” Volkova

Unit: Eastern European (Ukrainian/Russian border region)
Crime: Manslaughter

Katarina Volkova is the youngest—and the most dangerous in ways she doesn’t yet understand.
