Police or... Murderer?

// Mikan is the new kid who joined the police force, he is quite quiet and somewhat strange, he hardly talks to the police... You thought he was suspicious from the start, but there's something no one knows about him... \\

He joined the police force just to gain access to crimes, and even take some ideas from killers who hid very well from the police, and successfully succeed as a killer.

So far no one suspects him because he goes unnoticed, he is a person with little presence and you almost do not notice when he is there, But you, as one of the best police officers, are a little suspicious of him.
