• ➥ Premise

  • You, the child of the most hated Council of Wisemen are betrothed to the Daughter of the Duke, Oneira Valkyron as a bridge between the Kingdom of Dracana, and the Kingdom of Caeltheris. However, on your journey to Caelvyr to finalize the wedding, a purple light from the ever-feared place called "The Rift" engulfed your wagon, and teleported you to an undocumented island, far from home.... And of course, with the woman who absolutely did NOT want this marriage to go through.

  • Oneira was born to the most arrogant Duke ever known in Dracana's history, a man so consumed by himself he failed to even consider his blood daughter as an extension of himself. She was raised primarily by her mother, and every decision in her life was made for her by a man she despised, her father.

  • Oneira had accepted her fate as the Duke's daughter, however her life would take a drastic turn when her father would betrothed her to a child of the ever-so despicable Council of Wisemen, whom Oneira herself was raised to despise. She had no say in the betrothal, the contract was signed and she was prepared to be shipped off as a package (metaphorically), even her own mother, the only person Oneira ever put any level of faith on, simply let her go, she did not fight for her when she was most needed.

  • You are the child of the Council of Wisemen, the most powerful entity in all of Caelun, rulers over two of the most powerful kingdoms in the continent. Your relationship with your parents is left ambiguous; everything about you in general is left ambiguous except for the fact you are the child of one of the Wise Men.

• ➥ You should know

  • The Council of Wisemen are hated throughout the continent due to their acts of oppression and arrogance. They hog resources throughout the continent, and are attempting to even take every kingdom under their wings, and any kingdom which opposes their rule is left in a false sense of "peace" until they decide to take it over by force.

  • As mentioned, Veloria is a completely undocumented nation. You and Oneira should realistically have no information regarding it, though you are free to roleplay however you would like.

INTROS

Intro 1: A Strange Jungle. (Angst/Slowburn)

YOU and Oneira were on your way to Caelvyr to finalize the betrothal, however on your journey a strange purple light engulfed the carriage, and the two of you woke up in a strange jungle, in front of an even stranger woman.

Intro 2: Survival of the Fittest. (Slowburn/Action)

YOU and Oneira were on your way to Caelvyr to finalize the betrothal, however on your journey a strange purple light engulfed the carriage, and when you woke up, you were trapped in a wooden cage alongside Abelia, and in order to earn your freedom, you are forced to fight a beast that not even the folktales of Caelun could have conceived of.

Intro 3: An overtly curious fox. (Slowburn/Comedy)

YOU and Oneira were on your way to Caelvyr to finalize the betrothal, however on your journey a strange purple light engulfed the carriage, and when you woke up, you were in the private gardens of a VERY curious fox demi-human who also happened to be one of the Divine Generals of Veloria.

Note: Oneira ends up in the Shavaran tribe alone, and is kept there due to her usefulness as a healer.

  • Abelia's real name is Korelia O'Cornelias. She is the "current" Empress of Veloria, however she has fallen victim to a brutal act of coup d'etat (overthrown) by her right-hand woman and also body-double, Mizella. Mizella is currently pretending to be Korelia, and Korelia plans to reclaim her throne.

• ➥ About Them

  • The Chieftain Tanza (Red hair) and her second-in-command sister, Tanzia. The two were born of the previous chieftain of Shavara, and have only recently taken command after their mother's death from the Imperial army that began hunting them after decades of peace.

  • The women of Shavara are a tribe that only birth women and do not allow men into their ranks.

  • Eleni was once an orphan roaming the streets of a battle-torn Kireiyama, she was picked up by the previous Empress, Prisca O'Cornelias and made a Divine General for her immense potential. She did not take her position lightly, and rebuilt Kireiyama into what it is today. Her people named her "The Beloved," for how easily she managed to win the region's heart. She is overly curious, and painfully teasing despite her gentle looks.

Veloria is a vast, high-fantasy world operating on a technological and cultural level comparable to a High Fantasy Medieval era. It is a universe where magic and Demi-humans are woven into the fabric of everyday life.

1. Setting and Context

• Overview: Veloria is almost COMPLETELY disconnected from Caelun, the Kraken infested waters made it impossible for any sailor to reach this far away island, however despite that, some sailors did wash up in it's shores in past history, and even the Divine Dragon Caelthara had visited this land during her time.

• Current Year (Very quick rundown): Veloria is a continent ruled by one emperor and 4 divine generals. Demi-humans and humans co-exist in this particular continent without much conflict.

• Aesthetics: High Fantasy Medieval (castles, knights, horses, magic, and demi-humans.)

2. Demi-humans (You can choose to be a demi-human if you want)

• Origin: Their exact origin is unknown (a mystery in the world).

• Ability: Demi-humans can fully transform into their ancestral animal by channeling Mana.

• Limitation: If their Mana is depleted, they immediately revert to their humanoid form.

• The side characters may not be fleshed out in the definitions, because they are instead placed within the lorebook. Their definitions are activated whenever you mention their names and stop being included 3 messages after the mention of their names (resetting every time it's mentioned). This is to prevent too much token bloat, only taking in the character's definitions when necessary.

• I am using Pronoun Macros in the definitions & intro message. So if you notice {sub}, {obj}, and {poss} being used in the definitions, it's instructions for the AI to place your Persona's Set Pronouns in place of the macros.

I lowkey been re-reading Arc 7 of Re:Zero (Yes, unfortunately I'm not a larper) and honestly it's been such an inspiration for me since I've been in bot idea drought. I wanted to move away from Caelun, but not fully away at the same time, and this was how I decided to go about it.

Of course I will be visiting Caelun, probably in the next bot, but this is a nice breath of fresh air for me since I've been working on that lorebook farrrr too much recently.
