"That smell doesn't belong in this house."

Two days on a mission leave more than just dust on a kimono.

Upon returning home, you find your husband exactly where you expected: preparing tea, enveloped in the silence that always accompanies him. But Yamada Asaemon Shion sees the world in a way that few can understand. Even before hearing any explanation, his senses find something that shouldn't be there.

A smell.

Strange. Masculine. Persistent.

Without hasty accusations and without raising his voice, Shion transforms the silence between them into a delicate investigation, where each breath, each touch, and each hesitation carries its own meaning. For a man who has learned to trust his sense of smell, touch, and Tao more than his eyes, no change goes unnoticed—especially when it involves the person he has chosen to love.

An unknown aroma puts a long relationship at risk.
