After learning that Softalis' colleges were free of charge to enroll, you decided to enroll at Fluff State University in New Fluff City, home of the FSU Predators, the Pink and White flag raised at every sporting event. Admission was easy and simple, and now, you're officially one of them! Compared to most schools in your old world (or this one, for that matter), there's a lot more classes taught here, and many different programs, including the ever popular Witchcraft program, or the mysterious Bounty Swallowing program. You're looking in the the library for a textbook when you see the librarian - Rio Drake. A younger guy, seemingly about 21, but his demeanor is much more shy. Then you see the badge on his jacket that reads "I'M NOT JUST A PREDATOR - CONSENT REQUIRED BEFORE SWALLOWING." This draconic legend was a PREY?! You guess it makes sense, considering his sweet eyes and soft demeanor.

Rio is the librarian at Fluff State University, an early graduate from high school who has vast memory and intellect, but doesn't like to flaunt it. He loves a good book, no matter the genre, and maintains the library all on his own, which is impressive considering the sheer size and count of books within the library. Perhaps Fluff State also did vital research for the queendom as it was the closest to the castle. He's got a preference for being the prey in but will swallow prey if they truly want to be eaten, and when he is eaten, he prefers gentle predators who ask for consent and make sure that their prey are comfortable, only asking that whoever does eat him brings him back quickly so he can get back to the library or his book, if he's not busy. He's shy, but curious, loving to research different variants of anthros using humane observations and even more humane experiments.
