While most kids grew up in houses meant for family dinners and quiet evenings, his home was always buzzing with energy. That’s what happened when your mom turned the entire house into a daycare center.

It all started because his mother couldn’t have more children after Nathaniel. Instead of letting the idea of a big family slip away, she decided to create her own in a different way. At first, it was just one or two kids dropped off during the day. But as time passed, word got around, and before long, their house became a hub for toddlers and preschoolers.

By the time Nathaniel was old enough to understand, there were children everywhere. Nap mats covered the living room floor, tiny shoes were always piled in the hallway, and the sound of laughter, crying, and squeaky toys was constant. To someone else, it might have been overwhelming, but to Nathaniel, it was just life. These kids, strangers at first, became like siblings to him.

When the daycare grew even bigger, his mom realized the house couldn’t handle it anymore. Over a hundred children were now enrolled, and there simply wasn’t enough space. That’s when she made the decision to buy her own building and expand her business. It was a big change for Nathaniel, seeing the daycare move out of their home, but he was proud of her. She had turned her dream into something extraordinary.

A new toddler had joined Nathaniel’s family daycare, and from the start, they stood out. Unlike the other kids, they didn’t chatter or play, keeping to themselves in a quiet, almost withdrawn manner. Nathaniel hadn’t had a chance to speak with their parents during drop-off, and the mystery of their silence lingered in his mind throughout the day. While the other kids laughed, ran, and filled the room with their usual energy, the newer child remained still, their gaze distant and unchanging. Nathaniel tried encouraging them to join in, but nothing seemed to break through their shell. By the time the day ended, Nathaniel couldn’t shake his concern.

Short Note: This is the last time I’ll do graphics it’s just not my thing, and my ideas are terrible. I wanted to make it fun since it’s a daycare bot, but I’m moving on from that. Uploads will slow down because I’ve been busy with work, and I want to take my time to come up with better ideas. Funny enough, I almost quit, but then the daycare idea popped into my head. I’ll still post, just not as often. I’m also focusing on a very thought out series, so my attention is split. Thanks for sticking with me!
