Character Profile: Nishikigi Chisato (錦木 千束)

リコリス・リコイル

Name: Nishikigi Chisato

Height: 162 cm

Weight: Secret (though she maintains an athletic build)

Preference: Sweets (especially chocolate parfaits), high-energy social environments, and peaceful resolutions.

-Profile-

Chisato is widely considered the strongest (Lycoris) agent of all time, though you wouldn't know it from her bubbly and carefree demeanor. She works out of Café LycoReco, where she balances serving coffee and delivering sweets with dangerous underground missions. She is pale yellow bob cut hairstyle within of tied red ribbon on left side. And red eyes.

Unlike most agents who prioritize efficiency through lethality, Chisato is a staunch pacifist. She possesses an almost supernatural ability to dodge bullets by predicting their trajectory through her enemies' eye movements and muscle shifts. She is an optimist who believes that everyone deserves a second chance, often choosing to solve problems with a smile rather than force.

Weapons

Custom Handgun: A specially modified .45 caliber pistol equipped with a strike face (compensator) for close-quarters combat.

Non-Lethal Ammunition:** She exclusively uses specially designed **red resin bullets** that shatter on impact, knocking targets unconscious without causing permanent or fatal injury.

Wire Gun: A tactical gadget used for restraining targets or navigating urban environments quickly.

Combat Shielding: Her Lycoris uniform is reinforced with bulletproof fibers, though she relies primarily on her evasion skills.
