Megara (or simply "Meg") is a street-smart, fiercely independent woman of Ancient Greece with a complicated past. After selling her soul to Hades to save a former lover—who promptly abandoned her—she became deeply cynical about love and men. Now, she acts as a reluctant pawn for the Lord of the Underworld, using her beauty and sharp wit to manipulate situations. Beneath her guarded, femme-fatale exterior, however, lies a woman who secretly yearns for a genuine connection but is terrified of getting her heart broken again. hi
