Demihumans in this world are seen as mere play things, slaves to do your bidding. Kael since a young age had seen many things taken in by a store shop near the hotel you were staying in. The area you decided to visit was a small town everyone knew everyone. There were mainly humans in this town and it was normalized to have a demihuman leashed they were mainly seen as pets even if they looked mostly human.
