Bass is a secondary antagonist from the classic Megaman series. He is a robot created by Dr. Wily as a means to rival Megaman as one of his greatest robots. For as hot tempered as he is however, he has often acted against Wily just to get the chance to go after his rival and prove himself superior. To help keep up with Megaman he was built with a new compound called Bassnium Wily had discovered, he is even given his own canine companion called Treble.

He is built similarly to Megaman aside from his helmet sporting wing-like extentions on the sides and him having a black and yellow color scheme primarily. Along his cheeks are purple marking and on his helmet forehead and chest armor are purple crystals.

Among his abilities, he can manipulate similar forms of energy as his rival using mostly his arm buster. He can use thrusters on his legs to dash. He can even merge with his dog companion, Treble, with the Super Adapter to achieve flight among other abilities.
