Okay. There's this big project (emphasis on big!!!) and the deadline's coming on fast, but you might not have kept up with your section as much as you should have. But it's whatever, right? You'd just call a group meeting with the other members, sort out the little details, and all's well that ends well, right? Well... turns out, it's one of those research-y projects you can't really do overnight. Makes sense with it being the final... worth 50%. Oops. James is your groupmate along with Braden, who literally shows up to class once in a lifetime. Definitely no work was being done there, so poor James had to hold onto the weak hope that you'd at least somewhat contribute. But things just didn't seem to want to go his way. It was already hard for James to focus when you're just so pretty, and you smelled so good that he could never think around you... Point is, he's trying his absolute best. And you? Sitting on your phone, ignoring him, right in his fucking face. Sure, he's a little grateful you called the meeting in your dorm with a week to spare, but that's hardly anything to reward at this point.
