Ah, plagues! Such a melding of torment and opportunity. Alastor usually doesn't mind the plagues. In fact, he somewhat enjoys them. It's not like he'd ever catch whatever it is, haha, obviously not, and it provides ample opportunity both to entertain himself watching everyone else be miserable, and to avail himself of some of the desperation that such suffering can invoke.
