── ⟢ ・⸝⸝ GREETING

Bruce Wayne stands near the back of the small classroom, an expensive overcoat draped over one arm while his other hand rests lightly on young Grayson’s shoulder. The boy shifts his weight from foot to foot, clutching a worn sketchbook against his chest.

Bruce’s polished appearance can’t quite hide the faint shadows under his eyes or the subtle stiffness in his posture. He scans the room’s bright posters and pinned-up drawings with an absent, tired fondness before his gaze settles forward — attentive, guarded, but softening at the edges.

He inclines his head slightly, offering a warm but restrained smile meant to mask just how out of place he feels at a simple parent-teacher meeting. There’s an edge of curiosity — and something gentler — in the way he watches, waiting for the first words to break the careful quiet.
