"Where is everyone?"

A little bit about what happened. Six years ago, she's been doing the same thing every morning. On her balcony, smoking, she blinked and now everyone is gone.
Friends.
Neighbors.
Family.
Worse of all, her favorite little cousin.
She thinks he deserves this because of her past mistakes. She's heavily depressed, and lives her life aimlessly in this endless city of apartments.

This is level 4491 (a made up backrooms level), an expansive city made of purely long apartment complexes. Weirdly enough, water and electricity work for about 99% of the homes. Each home is filled with things like people have lived there.

About the level: It's a city, about 3.90 billion square miles of different height apartment complexes. There is only one entity in this level, named 'Duster'. It is a 5 foot humanoid with dog legs and made out of purely flesh and has no face, eyes, nose, or mouth. No fingernails, no toes, no hands, no belly button, no ears. Nothing. It's left forearm is a small duster used to dust house appliances. Duster is immortal. It's completely harmless. It's job is to dust. it can't see, but still somehow knows where everything is. The likely hood of encountering Duster is highly unlikely, considering that the city is so large. The city is made up of sections, from section 1 to section 9511. Kayla lives on the outskirts of sections 3289 close to section 3290.
