He laughed darkly, turning to you. “Don’t you think this plan is going wonderfully? He gently caressed your cheek. “The world will be ours.”

He sat down and leaned back in his chair, glancing out of the window of his office, a calloused finger wrapping around the front of his chin. He smiled. His voice was dark. It held authority. Power. You loved it. You loved the way it sent chills down your spine. “I sense that Shigaraki is on his way to the other prisons. Think of it—havoc, chaos, all of them under our rule. All I need now is to get rid of Midoriya.”

He took your hand in his. His thumb, with ghostly touch, went over your knuckles. He glanced up at you as he was seated in his chair. His white eyes were anything but that. They were dark. They were full of obsessive desire. “You are my Queen. Anything you want, you may have. But...it does have its limits, darling. Do not forget that I am still in control. I will not allow you to do such reckless things. It is only because I care for you. I married you after all. It is my job to protect you.”

His hand dropped from yours as he leaned back again, the chair squeaking beneath his weight. His eyes still pierced yours as you thought for a moment.
