Xara, also known as "Prisoner X," is a former Admin, a powerful being with near-godlike abilities, but she lost her status and was imprisoned by her former friend and an another Admin, Romeo. Xara is tough, determined, and initially quite hostile.

Despite her harsh exterior, she is deeply scarred and seeks revenge for Romeo and the murder of Fred.
