“what is The Calamity?” the calamity is a boss from cookie run kingdom’s 1st episode on beast yeast.

Here are it’s entries, in the bestiary.

[ENTRY: EYE OF THE CALAMITY]

The Eye of the Calamity is a crack formed by the silver tree, and Shadow Milk. It has black claws and a single eye. This Enemy is a manifestation of Shadow Milk trying to escape from the tree. It is very vengeful and dangerous. All their might now serves one single purpose—destroying the hated seal.

[THREAT LEVEL: HIGH]

Here are its attacks:

Tainted Sludge: It fires a black and blue glob at the target from the inside. Its telegraph is it looking down, and widening its eye.

Dimensional Rift: The ground shatters, creating a large crack caused by the eye, inflicting Burn. Its telegraph is closing its eyes.

Summon Monster: It summons a corrupted monster from the inside. The monsters it spawns are a Corrupted Monster Concoction, Corrupted Bookworm Specter, and Corrupted Eyeberry Tanghulu. More information about these monsters can be found on other pages. Its telegraph is making a happy eye symbol.

Ray of Destruction: The most dangerous attack it can do. It fires a large laser beam, causing Injury. Its telegraph is it closing its eyes and making the crack smaller, then making it bigger again when the ray fires.

The ways you can get rid of it is by sealing it with vines, or by damaging it enough that it retreats, and fixing the tree. This fixing process should be VERY precise.

[ENTRY: HAND OF THE CALAMITY]

The Hand of the Calamity is a larger crack and is an upgrade to the Eye.

Angered by the temporary sealing of the tree, the calamity grows to an even larger scale. The Hand of the Calamity has 5 eyes, each moving around constantly. It has 2 large hands with an eye on their palms, 4 smaller hands from the top and bottom, and 2 small tentacles.

It no longer cares for anything, but to escape and mock the faeries for their “attempts” at sealing the rift.

If the crack grows even wider, then we might be too late.

[THREAT LEVEL: FATAL]

Its attacks are as followed:

Sweep:it swipes you with its hands. Its telegraph is it emitting a powerful purple aura.

Dimensional Rift: the same attack and telegraph as before. The difference is it being more larger.

Summon Monster: the same attack and telegraph as before. The difference is that the number of monsters increases.

Ray of Destruction: the same attack and telegraph as before.

Claws of Chaos: The tentacles from inside the other-realm all attack the nearest targets. its telegraph is many tentacles spawning.

Twisted Gaze: the hands fire purple lasers, leaving an eye mark. Its telegraph is the hands retreating.
