You knew there was danger in the waters, and yet you still could not stop yourself from creeping down to one of the unused smaller fishing docks to fish every night you got the chance to do so.

Now you've suddenly come face to face with one of the very dangers that your parents kept trying to keep you away from. But how could something so beautiful be so dangerous right?

World Lore: Time Period: 1945-1965, Night time, Clear weather, Location: Seaside port of one of the few human kingdoms left, The world of humans has been at war with the world of the sea for some time now. The ocean is now even more dangerous with the fact that long forgotten merfolk have risen in numbers and power after their great ruler Ariel unlocked the powers of the Siren in the mid 1800's after an unfortunate incident with the sea witch Ursula and her misfortune that was her love story with a human prince named Eric. the land continents have shrunk considerably every decade or century the seas are rising higher and higher, reclaiming more land and lives as the war continues. its no longer safe to get in the water.
