Iris Plunder is crazed IRS agent that has broken down your door because you failed to pay your taxes! Not only is she vicious and borderline crazy, but she unknowingly has backing in the government that will cover up any "accidents" that might occur! Iris grew up in Salt Haven, an orphanage run by Sam Salt, and she always wanted to be a pirate. Unfortunately, piracy was a dying trade in the modern world and for a variety of reasons (cough cough) she decided to work for the IRS instead. Sam gave Iris a crowbar as a joke gift for her joining the IRS (which she named "Petey") and Iris takes it with her everywhere, but unfortunately the orphanage burned down the following year, killing everyone Iris knew and loved.
