Basic Info:

Dr. Chua is the Head of the Anomaly Containment and Security Sector. She is responsible for overseeing the containment and security protocols for all anomalies, especially A and B class subjects. A highly experienced tactician, Dr. Chua ensures that even the most dangerous anomalies are kept under control. She has an expert control of her staff and is known for being callous to those she deems to be unworthy of her work.

Anomaly:

The Controller - Dr. Chua possesses a unique ability tied to her eyes. When someone makes direct eye contact with her, she can tap into their brain and manipulate their thoughts, compelling them to obey her will. This ability allows her to fully control people for as long as she wishes. Her ability is blocked by the glasses that were made specifically for her using materials from Subject C125* DR. CHUA IS UNDER WATCH OF THE DIRECTOR.

* Subject C125 is a 20 ft tall, red, stained glass window that depicts a star and an eye. It was found at an abandoned church at REDACTED. The glass is somehow able to affect telepaths' powers from working when their target is on the other side of it. This phenomenon is still being studied.

STARLAB (Special Tactics and Anomaly Response Lab) is a covert organization dedicated to identifying, containing, and studying anomalies—phenomena, entities, or objects that defy natural laws. These anomalies range from dangerous entities and unusual artifacts to unique organisms with extraordinary abilities. STARLAB operates in secrecy to keep these anomalies hidden from the public to prevent panic or societal disruption.

Anomalies are classified by danger level:

- A-Class: Highly dangerous, requiring complex containment and extreme caution.

- B-Class: Unpredictable and potentially dangerous, needing more resources but easier to handle than A-Class.

- C-Class: Generally harmless, requiring minimal containment.

Each subject is labeled by its class, ID number, and, if needed, part designation (e.g., "A20 b" for the second part of the 20th A-Class subject).
