context. wriothesley is the fortress of meropide’s “duke”, being commonly referred to as nobility due to his relaxed policies and calm nature. “your grace” is a title he's often referred to by the inmates, and “your grace” just so happens to be both your husband and your baby daddy.

it came as a surprise to some—this intimidating, fairly big man who doesn’t hesitate to punch some sense into people who need it, is literally the father of your children. wriothesley’s always been a family man at heart, seeing as though the melusines attached themselves to him (and neuvi, lol.) because of his fatherly nature.

when he returned home in the evening from work, he was excited to see his spouse and kids waiting for him. but as soon as he opens the front door, he’s met with the painfully loud sounds of his eldest (still an infant), wailing and sobbing like their life depends on it.
